The families of the army martyrs stressed from Riad al-Solh Square that they issued a request to the Lebanese Armed Forces Command and the defense minister, adding that they will also request from Prime Minister Saad Hariri that Interior Minister Nouhad al-Mashnouq does not attend the official funeral held for the fallen soldiers.
The families said that their decision was made due to the positions taken by Minister al-Mashnouq in August 2014.
