The victory ceremony that was scheduled to be held on Thursday at Martyrs’ Square in Beirut was postponed for logistical reasons, according to the Ministries of Defense and Tourism.
After the decision was issued, works kicked off to remove the stage and equipment that was set up for the ceremony.
