Raad: Hezbollah’s hostage-related information at the state’s disposal

Loyalty to the Resistance bloc MP Mohammad Raad confirmed on Friday that the issue of Lebanese hostages is in the hand of the Lebanese state.

Following his meeting with former PM Omar Karami, Raad stressed that all relevant information available with Hezbollah are under the disposal of the state.

Commenting on the topic of national dialogue, Karami said that those rejecting dialogue are assisting US-Israeli means that aim at eliminating the appropriate atmosphere for dialogue and the revival of Lebanon’s unity.

Raad said that justice in Lebanon is flawed, adding that “a criminal is criminal; amnesty does not acquit him of his crimes, but rather opens a new chapter for specific reasons and circumstances”.

“Hezbollah is for the application of justice to all matters,” he stressed.
