Patriarch Rai: Judaizing Jerusalem should not be accepted

Maronite Patriarch Bechara Rai stressed on Sunday importance of not accepting Judaizing the city of Jerusalem.

Rai’s comments were made during his Sunday’s sermon whereby he called for abiding by the stance of the Holy See by giving Jerusalem a special International status.

“Jerusalem must be a universal symbol of brotherhood and peace, based on a stable peace,” he added.
