Preliminary Military Investigation Judge Riyad Abou Ghida heard on Monday for three hours director and actor Ziad Itani who was charged with collaborating with the Israeli enemy.
The hearing session was duly held during which Itani withdrew testimony and most of the accusations that he was charged with.
Judge Abou Ghida called upon the hearing of witnesses in the case and hasn’t set a date yet for a new session.
He also permitted Itani to see his family.
