Soueid to LBCI: Dialogue better after Syrian regime falls

Coordinator of March 14 General Secretariat Fares Soueid told Nharkom Saeed on Monday that March 14 forces will participate in the dialogue and that he is convinced that this dialogue will not make any progress in Lebanon’s internal affairs, noting that this participation will be nominal.

Soueid stressed that the Lebanese public opinion is convinced by the point of view of the Lebanese Forces Leader Samir Geagea concerning the dialogue’s inefficiency. He added that March 14 could have waited and participated in the dialogue after the fall of the Syrian regime, noting that then, the dialogue with Hezbollah will be better.

Soueid considered that the party having the weapons has the ability to bring the parties on the table according to his conditions.
