US says it intercepted two Iranian missiles targeting forces in Kuwait

The U.S. military said on Monday that it intercepted two Iranian ballistic missiles that were targeting American forces stationed in Kuwait late on Sunday.

The military added that all U.S. personnel were accounted for and safe following the interception.
