President Michel Aoun followed up on the developments resulting from the Israeli air attacks on Syrian territories since the early morning hours.
The president received several military and security reports concerning the course of the attacks, the shrapnel of which reached Lebanese lands in the Bekaa region.
Aoun also spoke on the phone with Speaker Nabih Berri and Prime Minister Saad Hariri, and discussed which them the current situation and the possible stances to be issued accordingly.
President Aoun also received phone calls from Defense Minister Yaacoub al-Sarraf and Lebanese Armed Forces Chief General Joseph Aoun.
