REPORT: Minister Mashnouq says signed final decree for granting civil defense volunteers full tenure

Minister of Interior Nouhad al-Mashnouq said on Friday that he “kept his promise” and signed the final decree that will open the door for granting civil defense volunteers full tenure.”

Mashnouq’s comments were made during a celebration marking the International Civil Defense Day whereby he asserted that he is committed to the constant pursuit of the collection of all the rights of civil defense members, until the modernization of this apparatus is completed."
