Suleiman: Nahr el Bared incident should be a lesson

President Michel Suleiman said on Saturday that the incident that took place on Friday in Nahr el Bared’s refugee camp must be a lesson drawn from past experiences.

Addressing his visitors, Suleiman said that the measures taken by the LAF emanate from his keenness on the safety of the camp’s residents; he said he won’t let any saboteur infiltrate into the camp, and undermine the existing strong ties between the LAF and the Palestinians.

“This relation must go on for the benefit of the camp and, mostly its residents”, he said.
