The judicial corps has been complaining of malpractices of political authorities, especially over the past 6 years, since 2012.
A judicial source said that, since 2012, the parliament has been passing laws affecting the judicial system, violating the article 5 of the law on the regulation of judicial justice, which imposes on the parliament to take the opinion or approval of the Higher Judicial Council before passing any law related to the judiciary.
