Hamadeh submits 2 suggestions for teachers crisis

Minister of Education Marwan Hamadeh announced on Thursday that he suggested on the Cabinet to grant six salary scales to private schools teachers.

Hamadeh’s comments were made following a Cabinet session hereby he took the Cabinet’s opinion concerning the suggestion of an accelerated law to give the Lebanese University professors three salary scales.

He concluded by calling on the professors to end their strike in order to save the academic year.
