Sleiman meets with Bahraini King, discusses bilateral relations

President Michel Sleiman visited on Tuesday the Kingdom of Bahrain, where he held talks with the Bahraini King Hamad Bin Khalifa. They discussed bilateral relations, current situation in the Middle East, the conditions of Lebanese expatriates in Bahrain and the necessity of activating the work of diplomatic missions in both countries.

Lebanese Deputy Prime Minister Samir Moukbel, Bahraini Prime Minister Prince Khalifa Bin Salman, Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammad Bin Mubarak and a number of officials attended the meeting.

The Bahraini King held an honorary lunch for President Sleiman who returned to Beirut directly after the banquet.
