There has been no significant progress in the cabinet formation process, as well-informed sources noted that the President and the Free Patriotic Movement are insisting that the Lebanese Forces share consists of 3 ministers, while the nomination of the deputy prime minister be reserved to the president, while appointing Talal Erslan as minister.
The FPM and the president informed Prime Minister-designate Saad Hariri that there will be not compromise in these demands, urging him to seek concession with the PSP and the Lebanese Forces.
