The truth about the life in Ersal

The residents of the town of Ersal are neither Salafists nor terrorists, they just own the land. This land, “burdened by geography” and “murdered by the state’s negligence”, turned into a town Lebanese by identity but pro- Syrian.

The residents of Ersal resemble neither their harsh land, nor their arid mountains, and they certainly do not resemble the detectives’ stories told about them.
However, these residents live normally, while the weapons’ flow and the spread of al-Qaeda members in the streets are nothing but stories created by the tellers. There is no terrorism, just slogans dedicated to the Syrian refugees who are waiting to return to their country.

Whoever fears the town of Ersal and its residents, have certainly never visited the town or met its people.
