The waste crisis in Lebanon has become the focus of attention of the foreign countries, mainly the states located around the Mediterranean.
In this context, a delegation from the French Senate visited Lebanon, particularly the northern city of Tripoli, where they were taken on a tour in the sea and were shocked by the scenes before them, starting from the ‘mountain of garbage’, to the sewage that randomly pours in the sea.
