Amid the cabinet formation crisis, and with the Free Patriotic Movement and the Lebanese Forces debating over which party holds the larger popular representation to be reflected within the government, each party has been supporting their claims with their own elections results.
But the real detailed results of the recent Lebanese parliamentary elections came in a study conducted by Information International.
The study showed that the Christian political forces received 543534 preferential votes in total, with the Free Patriotic Movement ranking first with 276610 votes, followed by the Lebanese Forces with 162078 votes.
The third rank is for the Kataeb party with 34147 votes, followed by the Marada Movement in the fourth rank with 31206 votes.
