A video circulated on social media platforms depicting a man with special needs beaten by another man for touching his car in the Donieh town of Bakhoun.

This as Caretaker Minister of Social Affairs Pierre Bou Assi gave his directives in order to determine the identity of the attacker and act accordingly.
