Koura sub-elections preparations: Convoys prohibited from Saturday to Tuesday

Interior Minister Marwan Charbel presided over a security meeting on Thursday at the ministry in preparation for Koura’s sub-elections.

The meeting outlined the procedures to be taken by the ministry in light of these elections.

In this context, Charbel hoped that the sub-elections will serve as an example for the upcoming legislative elections, stressing that convoys will be prohibited from 7 am on Saturday to 8 pm on Tuesday.

Charbel confirmed that all necessary measures have been taken so that legislative elections run smoothly despite recent security breaches.
