Sleiman: Koura elections an occasion to implement democracy

President Michel Sleiman was optimistic Sunday about the democratic processes of Koura sub-elections taking place throughout the day, describing it as a "happy occasion" during which Lebanese get to choose their representative.

The President hoped the day ends on a calm note with civility prevailing among voters.
