Beirut and Mount Lebanon Water Authority denies responsibility for sewage flooding

The Establishment of The Water of Beirut and Mount Lebanon issued Thursday a statement, whereby it said that “the establishment is being mentioned in the case referred to the judiciary and which is related to determining the parties responsible for the sewage flooding that occurred in Ramlet al-Bayda last week.”

 

In the statement, the institution stressed that it has nothing to do at all with what happened in Ramlet al-Bayda, emphasizing that all the accusations launched its way are false.

 

The Establishment of The Water of Beirut and Mount Lebanon also called for ending the fabrication of accusations at a time when the institution only aims at develop and improve.
