Three killed in bus blast at Bulgarian airport-police
Three people were killed and several were injured by an explosion on a bus outside the airport of the Black Sea city of Burgas on Wednesday, Bulgarian police said.

The mayor of the city said the bus was carrying Israeli tourists, but the police could not immediately confirm the nationality of the tourists. Police said several other buses at the site had been damaged.

Burgas airport was closed after the blast and flights were redirected to the airport of Varna, police said.

Accordingly, Israeli witness in phone interview with Israeli army radio said that Burgas explosion was caused by suicide bomber at the entrance of the bus.

Interior Minister Tsvetan Tsvetanov called the attacked "deliberate".

The police were investigating two possible causes of the blast - that an explosive device was put in the bus before the tourists boarded or that the explosives were in the tourists' luggage, the radio quoted Tsvetanov as saying.
