Jreissati: We reached a solution for garbage crisis in north Lebanon
Minister of Environment Fadi Jreissati asserted on Tuesday that a solution for the garbage crisis has been reached for four northern districts.

“This solution is transient to religions and sects and is temporary because we are in an emergency and we cannot satisfy everybody,” he said during a joint press conference with North Lebanon Governor Ramzi Nohra.

He also noted that work will be done to establish a “healthy landfill.”

“However, we will remove the garbage from the streets to a parking far from homes,” Jreissati concluded by saying.
