The head of the Union of Bakery Owners in Lebanon Kazem Ibrahim declared a strike on Monday, October 14, in case of the failure to the meet the union’s demands.
He stressed that the goal is not a strike or inconveniencing the people, explaining that the owners of bakeries are selling in local currency but paying in US dollar.
