Truck crushes car killing its driver

A Mercedes truck skidded off the Rmayleh highway near Sidon, crushing a nearby car and killing its driver Abed Samir Bader.

The driver of the truck fled the scene of the accident and efforts are underway to reveal his identity.

Elsewhere, an unidentified man was instantly killed when he was hit by a car on Damour highway on Sunday night.

ISF opened investigation to reveal the identity of the victim.
