Ministerial sources close to Baabda told LBCI that “it is too soon to speak of a cabinet reshuffle,” adding that the current discussions aim at appoint ministers to fill the portfolios of the Lebanese Forces, including the deputy prime minister.
The sources stressed that the cabinet will continue as a united team, adding that “the Lebanese Forces left the government but the Progressive Socialist Party is trying to create confusion, which we will fight in a civilized manner.”
“If any party wants to be in the opposition, they can resign like the Lebanese Forces from the government,” the sources added.
