Attorney General at the Court of Cassation Judge Ghassan Oweidat summoned Attorney Hadi Hobeish, to hear his testimony in a case of defamation and slander targeting Public Prosecutor in Mount Lebanon Judge Ghada Aoun, whom he attacked at her office in protest against the arrest of director general of the traffic administration, Hoda Salloum.
In this regard, sources told LBCI that Hbeish did not attend the session, but his attorney attended alone presented a motion to dismiss the charge related to the flagrante offense, noting that it was not the case.
