Car hits, kills woman in Naameh, dead body found off Ghazir shore

An ill-fated car accident killed Samar Mohammad al-Mokdad at Naameh's west side of the highway.

Samar, who was hit by a BMW driven by M. Hajjar, was immediately transported to Rassoul Al Aazam hospital, but departed life after suffering severe injury, whilst the car driver has been arrested as per a judicial warrant.

Separately, a horrid drowning accident left 20-year-old Zakaria Mostapha Abbas dead off Ghazir shore, reports stated on Tuesday.

A Civil Defense rescue team managed to locate his body by midnight.

According to the government's coroner, the deceased died after swallowing huge amounts of water.
