Mikati: dialogue table will last, leading Lebanon to safe harbor
PM Najib Mikati stressed on Thursday that the dialogue table will last under the auspices of President Michel Sleiman, adding that it will definitely lead Lebanon to safe harbor “because the dialogue is serious”.

During the 21st annual graduation ceremony of “al-Jinan University” in Tripoli, Mikati stressed that an agreement was reached regarding the pay scale issue. “We fulfilled our duty and we took into consideration the economic conditions and the necessity to preserve monetary stability and acceptable rates of inflation”, Mikato said.

The PM noted that the economy of Tripoli and the North must be promoted through the activation of Tripoli’s port and through starting the work in “Rene Mouawad” airport, Qlayaat. He pointed that these matters receive the support of the whole cabinet and most particularly the ministers of Tripoli.
