Judge Hammoud instructs public prosecution judges

State Prosecutor Samir Hammoud instructed the public prosecution judges in the different provinces on Friday to abide by the applicable laws to arrest lawbreakers, issue indictments against them and take them to court.

Hammoud’s statements came during his meeting with the public prosecution judges of different provinces in the presence of State Commissioner to the Military Court Judge Saqr Saqr and First military investigation Judge Riad Abou Ghida. Talks featured high on judicial issues mainly the follow-up on the security apparatuses’ work in regards to the implementation of arrest warrants issued in recent incidents.
