Sleiman in Peru, to deliver speech in the afternoon

Lebanese President Michel Sleiman and first lady Wafaa, accompanied by a presidential delegation arrived on Monday to the Peruvian capital, Lima, where the Lebanese president will be heading an Arab group in the third Summit of South American and Arab Countries (ASPA), which starts its works on Tuesday.
The Lebanese plane landed at Callao military airport in Lima, where Peruvian Energy Minister Jorge Merino, and Lebanese Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour, joined the delegation after arriving from New York.

President Michel Sleiman held a meeting with the delegation to put the final touches on Lebanon's participation in the summit, whereby President Sleiman will deliver a speech on behalf of the Arab group. He will also deliver a speech on Monday afternoon during the third forum for Arab-South American Business, titled “building bridges”.
