Counterfeit currency dealer arrested in Akkar

The Regional Directorate of the State Security in Akkar arrested Tuesday a counterfeit currency dealer red-handed and referred him with the thousands of fake dollars in his possession to the concerned judiciary.

The arrest took place after a number of merchants in Akkar’s villages reported falling victim to counterfeit money frauds.
