Concert held in celebration of UN Day

In celebration of the 67th anniversary of the establishment of the United Nations Organization, the 2012 UN Day Concert: "A Message of Peace featuring Stevie Wonder” took place in the General Assembly Hall at UN Headquarters in New York.         

Accompanied by special celebrity artists, Stevie Wonder performed some of his best known songs. Among the other artists there was Estelle, Wondergirls and Sting.                 

In this occasion, the UN Secretary General Ban Ki Moon stressed the need to keep on working and exerting efforts in order to restore peace in the world.
