REPORT: Bab al-Tebbaneh and Jabal Mohsen's children reveal their weapons on Eid al-Adha

While the Eid al-Adha truce was imposed on Bab al-Tebbaneh and Jabal Mohsen's front in Tripoli, the battles and clashes weighed on the region's children who started playing the adults' game, but their way.              

The adults' truce created a space for the children to play the fighters' game in Tripoli's streets, where some of them speak of the types of the plastic guns they play with while threatening that they will "use their guns against Jabal Mohsen and all the gunmen who kill their children", remembering by their statements their friends who fell victims of the city's recent clashes.                         

However, other children in Jabal Mohsen talk about the "bitterness" of the recent incidents, especially after what happened with the martyr Lina Hawa who died in sniping operations. They also called on all "killers to leave Lebanon."                              

In this context, the children of Jabal Mohsen and Bab al-Tebbaneh were born in a region that witnesses clashes and fightings ever now and then, and they grew up breathing the smell of death and listening to the sound of gunshots.                       

These children are the rising generation of the future, the generation which inherited hatred from its environment, fell the victim of poverty and school dropout and was placed as an item in the political slave market.
