Sporadic security incidents, thefts across Lebanon

On Monday overnight, at around 3 AM, 3 unidentified gunmen blocked the Zouk Mosbeh's road before a young man identified as Bachir Rafik Saad, born in 1992.

2 of the assailants reportedly drew their weapons and stole his wallet and his mobile cellular and fled to an unknown destination.

Saad said that he had LBP 400,000.

Security forces in Zouk Mosbeh police station are investigating the case in an attempt to identify the perpetrators.

In another incident, Citizen Roger Sleiman Karam has accidentally shot himself in his left shoulder while he was cleaning his hunting rifle.

Roger was rushed into Maounat Hospital in Jbeil for treatment.
