Sunday declared as an official day of mourning

Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati issued an administrative memo whereby he declared Sunday as an official day of mourning in all public administration and institutions, with modification of the daily programs of radio stations and TV channels, to mark the passing away of his Beatitude Patriarch Ignatius IV Hazim, primate of the Greek-Orthodox of Antioch and all the East.
