Minister Charbel lights up underwater Christmas tree
 
Minister of Interior and Municipalities Marwan Charbel lit up an underwater Christmas tree in the bay of Jounieh from a Civil Defense boat on Saturday, expressing his hope for a bright future for Lebanon.      

A team of divers, under the supervision of the head of regional maritime rescue, Samir Yazbek, decorated the tree under the sea on the wreck of a ship at a depth of 30 meters.    

"Lebanon will face challenges...but do not be pessimistic...the hearts of the Lebanese and politicians are full of hope for the resurrection of Lebanon which will overcome all difficulties."
