Citizen sustains abdominal gunshot wounds, undergoes critical surgery
 
Citizen Jessy Akel (born in 1964) was rushed on Monday afternoon to the Batroun Governmental Hospital after sustaining gunshot wounds to the abdomen.        

Jessy is currently undergoing surgery and is in a critical condition.              

Investigations are underway to reveal the circumstances of the incident.
