House collapses in Enfeh, 3 people killed

Three people, a mother and her two daughters were killed when their house collapsed in the town of Enfeh, Koura.

The two storey family house said to belong to Deputy Speaker Farid Makari, located in St. Katrina neighborhood in Enfeh and which is inhabited by a family of three people, a mother, Kafa Asaad Skaf, and her two handicapped daughters, collapsed on Tuesday afternoon.  

All three bodies were retrieved from beneath the rubble of the home.         

The family of three was about to evacuate the house prior to its collapse due to cracks and fissures that were appearing in the structure.
