Banking sector employees union stages sit-in in Tripoli

The Union of banking sector employees in the North organized on Saturday a sit-in outside the office of Banque du Liban in Tripoli, to protest against failing to reach an agreement concerning the Collective Labor Agreement.            

The protesters denounced the reluctance of the banks’ owners one year after negotiations and mediation conducted by the Labor Ministry and the governor of Banque Du Liban.
