Civil Campaign for Electoral Reform activists stage sit-in outside Parliament

The activists of the Civil Campaign for Electoral Reform staged on Saturday a sit-in outside the entrance of the Parliament in al-Nejmeh Square, while the deputies are holding a meeting.          

The activists prevented the vehicles from passing in the area, and called on the MPs to continue the meeting until they reach an agreement over a "modern electoral law based on proportionality and electoral reforms."
