REPORT: Lebanon bids farewell to basketball star Rony Abou Jaoude

A church mass and a funeral were held on Wednesday afternoon for Lebanese basketball star Rony Abou Jaoude who died on Tuesday after having been in a coma resulting from a car accident on the Nahr al-Kalb Road a week earlier.                

The funeral was held at St. Taqla Church in al-Masqa, Broummana, in the presence of his family, as well as political, popular and athletic figures.
