Guterres: Attack on Rafah will have 'devastating consequences'

United Nations Secretary-General António Guterres said on Tuesday that he hopes the ongoing talks will succeed in achieving a truce in the war between Israel and the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) in the Gaza Strip.

Guterres warned that the expected Israeli attack on Rafah in the southern sector would have devastating consequences.
