PM-Designate Salam says adamant on "national interest government "

Maqased Philanthropic Islamic Association held on Friday its annual Iftar banquet at BIEL center in down town Beirut, in the presence of Prime Minister-designate Tammam Salam, Caretaker Minister of Information Minister Walid Daouk, representing Caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati, and several political and social figures.

During the Iftar, PM-designate Salam asserted his insistence on forming a government of "national interest" based on his convictions, which he believed were backed by all Lebanese.

He called on all political leaders to stop "manipulating Lebanon's fate", urging them to assume their nationalities in order to face instability in the country .
