Generator explodes in Tyre, injures one

The National News Agency reported on Sunday that Lebanese citizen Malek Salman al-Zayyat suffered burn injuries after a generator exploded on the Hmadiyeh road, in the city of Tyre.

The National news Agency added that the explosion was heard throughout the region.

The injured man was rushed to the Jabal Amel Hospital to receive medical treatment, while security forces inspected the explosion scene and launched investigations in the incident.

No additional information was given in this regard.
