Fire erupts in Wadi Khaled, Akkar

The National News Agency reported on Tuesday that a huge fire erupted in the North Lebanon region of Wadi Khaled.

Residents are calling on the Lebanese Armed Forces to send choppers to extinguish fires that had encircled their homes and properties.

Members of the Civil Defense are exerting efforts to extinguish the fire, but the high temperature and the speed of wind widened the scope of the blaze.
