13-year-old boy drowns in Jounieh

13-year-old Ghassan Bassam Abu Haidar died late on Wednesday as he drowned in a Lebanese resort located in the coastal city of Jounieh, the state-run National News Agency reported on Thursday.

Separately, a man identified as Yehya Khaled was rushed yesterday to Saint George Hospital in Ajaltoun after he was injured from a truck explosion in Ballouneh.

It is worth noting that Yehya is in a stable condition and is currently under medical supervision.
