Dar al-Fatwa: Tripoli is kidnapped by armed gangs

The scholars and sheikhs of Tripoli denounced on Tuesday the security chaos taking place in the northern city where gunmen are roaming the streets, holding the government and the security apparatuses responsible for letting the city fall in the hands of armed gangs.

During a meeting at Dar al-Fatwa in Tripoli, the scholars and sheikhs said that “the city is kidnapped by these people and can no longer bear the burden of the daily events.”
