Shelling from Syrian side cause material damage in Akkar town

Several shells launched from the Syrian side landed on Thursday evening in the Akkar town of Bani Sakher in North Lebanon, causing severe material damages.

Shelling from the Syrian side has been targeting numerous Lebanese border villages, a clear sign of the spillover of the Syrian crisis into the Lebanese territories.
