MP Dib says Syrian refugee issue paved the way for terrorist acts

Change and Reform Bloc MP Hekmat Dib said on Tuesday that "the Syrian refugee issue has paved the way for terrorist acts," adding, "Prison statistics show that 35 percent of detainees are among the refugee population".

In an interview with LBCI's Nharkom Said TV Show, MP Dib called for avoiding accusations regarding Tripoli's twin blasts since that entails negative repercussions on the domestic scene.

MP Dib also raised questions about the "structure" of the Information Bureau, noting that it receives unofficial foreign funding.
